I would leave a zero star review if I could. The sales associate was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She was annoyed that we came in and practically refused to help us. She didn’t want to find prices for us. She repeatedly acted like we couldn’t afford the tub, bathroom fixtures, etc. She said she was too busy to give us a quote. She said she would do it the next day, and then she never did. Honestly, we weren’t going to give those people our money anyways. They don’t even have a great selection. Cindy and Kristy are so nice and helpful. I’ve been a customer there for 16 years and have always received the best service. They are very knowledgeable about their products and have helped me get replacement parts when I needed them in a timely manner.
Don’t bother if you aren’t referred. Obviously the sales lady inside does not care for customers off the street because it doesn’t help her commission. I’ve been in construction 25 years and have never been treated as unprofessional as I was treated here. We told her when we walked in we did not have an appointment and just wanted to look at tubs.
