Could not recommend Gene at Plumb local enough! We were desperate at 11:00 at night when we randomly found sewage/water backing up in our basement bathtub! We called Gene at 11pm, he was just going to bed but without hesitation he said he would be here in 40 min and he was with a smile on his face and all the knowledge and expertise! He worked quickly while explaining everything he was doing, educating along the way!
