Plumb-It Inc has taken care of my plumbing and heating needs since 2016. I would recommend this family business to anyone who has a need for these services. On every occasion: - I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner - Rob and Trevor always arrived when they said they would - the job was successfully completed in a professional manner I am greatful they are here when I need them again.
Trevor (plumber) is extremely professionally, conscientious, thorough and personable. Integrity and competency levels are off the charts in terms of making sure his work is of the highest standard. Simply could not give any plumber a higher rating.
I was introduced to Plumb-It during some home renovations that we started about 2 years ago. They handled all of our bathroom and kitchen installations during that time. We were so incredibly impressed by Rob and Trevor's knowledge, professionalism and efficiency that we started to use them for all of our plumbing needs. Very happy with the Plumb-It staff! They are reliable, easy to communicate with via email and offer top notch service along with excellent ideas for dealing with complex problems. Although, I don't wish for more plumbing issues, with Plumb-It I know they will be sorted out quickly, efficiently and with a smile.
We have used Plumb-It for all our plumbing needs for many years, and recently Rob successfully worked on my boiler.
