My water heater failed on Sunday night and I reached out to Plumb-It on Monday. Mary was very timely with all our communication and coordinated all the details (my water heater is in a closet and is smaller than a standard version) so that when Rob arrived, he knew what to expect. Rob was professional, very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this family owned business.
