Great help good to find people who go the extra mile finding a solution to my problem. Thanks again the replacement cartridges fitted a treat and of course stopped the leak .!
Dave is a star - Having failed locally to source some replacement mixer tap cartridges, i travelled to Exeter to Plumb It more in hope than expectation. But then I met Dave who immediately knew what components were needed and cheerfully offered to help sperate the old components that had become stuck. I cannot remember the last time i experienced such friendly, reassuring customer service,
Went in with a leaking back garden tap this morning. I think the gentleman who helped me was called Dave . He was a Saint! Completely built me a new one with the pipe, with a lovely manner . It fitted perfectly and no more leak . Thank you so much.
Needed a new valve insert for my kitchen tap which had begun dripping. Took the old one down to them and the friendly staff found me a replacement in no time at all. I couldn't get it to fit and upon returning, they spotted what I was doing wrong right away. With their help I fitted the new valve easily!
After trying numerous others, went to Plumb In with a sticking valve for a mixer tap. Dave was incredibly helpful, managed to free the stuck valves and fitted replacements. Must be the best plumbing shop in Devon, if not the country.
