Esmeralda and Kim were both very nice and helpful with communicating with me what unit sizes were available and showed me few different sizes and ladies were able to honor their special promotion for my desired unit size. Customer service was excellent! Very happy with my experience thanks to Kim and Esmeralda!
Moved back to the area and needed a place to put some of my furniture, kitchenware, and some clothes while I was staying with family and looking for an apartment. Wasn't more than 3 months and I go to grab my stuff today only to find my boxes and furniture covered in mouse feces and urine. A dead mouse was stuck to my mattress.
