I got my hearing aids from Kristen in 2018. The service was great and she helped me tweak the hearing aids until they were perfect. I now need new hearing aids and would return to Plumas Hearing in a heartbeat but I live too far away. Thanks Kirsten!

Kristen is amazing. She is a genuine and caring provider. I am working on my second set of hearing aids with her (over 20 years) and she's been extremely patient in product trials and listening to my feedback. She works hard to tweak products so they are customized individually. Thank you Kristen!
