We are in the process of buying a home here in Tucson and the place will need windows. Called Plum Windows to set up an appointment for an estimate. My wife and have spent over $20k with this co. and its predecessor, Custom View Windows. Our first experience with Plum Windows was satisfactory as we were actually buying a window. During this transaction, we expressed concerns about the latches on our arcadia screen doors, which needed to be replaced under the "lifetime" warranty. After several calls to them and about a month and a half or more they finally sent the parts to us for US to install! My experience with Plum Windows & Doors was outstanding every step of the way. From the way I was greeted when I first walked into the showroom to the completion of the installation, every element was perfect. The French door itself is of the highest quality, but for me the attention to detail and customer care are of equal importance.
