Last week I was driving on I-394 in *****. I got behind a Plum Valley Landscaping truck. The truck had no tailgate. It was dropping rocks out of the bed and all over the road. The rocks were pinging off my SUV, bouncing all over both lanes of the road. I had nowhere to go due to traffic. I knew it was going to happen, and sure enough, a rock cracked my windshield.
