We've been very happy with Plum. They are professional and have great communication. Our regular cleaner Pam is incredibly thorough, and has taken the time to learn what's important to me. As an added bonus, our dogs love her, which makes the whole experience less stressful for them, and positive for us.
Very glad for the professional cleaning that Plum does! Bing was the most detailed cleaner ever...pretty sure she cleaned spaces I haven't touched for years! :) She was so thorough and meticulous, and I really noticed and appreciated that! Plum is great! They are very good to work with. Lorrin it’s very patient and answers all of your questions that you have. Maddie, Lori, and Samantha do a FANTASTIC job! I also worked with the Owner Blanca for organization, she’s amazing! She worked with me on what I was looking for. She explained what she would be doing and what the end result would look like. The staff, Robin & Scott, were wonderful! Very friendly & personable. Answered all my questions & were happy to touch up what I pointed out. Not much needed touched up though, just the chairs in our dining area. We had some construction work done which created lots of dust tucked away in places. Everything looks good & smells fresh. Thank you!
We are very pleased with the work that the Plum cleaning crew did for us. Their attention to detail from the dust (high and low) along with the nooks and crannies to create an incredibly clean home that was inviting and smelled great.
