Plum did an excellent job again today (service every two weeks). Zhanna was our cleaner today. She arrived on-time and was ready to get to work. Excellent work ethic. She cleaned everything in our home as expected, in the time expected. Upon further examination after the cleaning, we found that she actually cleaned our stovetop and fan hood better than when we clean it ourselves! We are glad that Zhanna was here today, and will request that she come to our home for future cleanings. Thanks Zhanna!
