I had an issue with UPS and they ended up returning my order to you. I sent an email to see about having my order reshipped not thinking I would hear back for a while. Jennifer Leisch responded immediately. She found my order, updated the shipping address, and had my package ready to go in no time. Jennifer is awesome and might be my personal hero. I wish more people had her work ethic. I am beyond happy with the level of service Jennifer provided.
