2022 - 5 stars 2026 - 0 stars Rescheduled my appointment two months in a row, "forgot" to put the 3rd appointment in the computer, so I drove to Grimes only to not be seen. Family member got a call Wed to move her Monday appointment to Thursday, then immediately got a text cancelling the Thur appointment. Teen's appointment was amazingly kept as scheduled, but SURPRISE! I have always said, The hygienist you have is probably the person you really go there for the dentist you see for less than 2 minutes. With that said I would give the hygienist a 10. She was very fast but thorough. When I asked how long she'd been doing that she said she'd been a hygienist for 20 plus years. That impressed me.
