Staff not listening to me as to not rescheduling next visit without knowing insurance charge. Felt very pushy and not actively listening to the words out of my mouth.
Excellent service! Dr. Holly is very professional and Sam, my Hyginiest. The staff is very nice too. The equipment is a state of the arts! Modern. Nice!! I highly recommend them.
Joelle is probably the best tech to do my teeth cleaning I have ever experienced. She is patient and knowledgeable and patient oriented to make me comfortable. Dr Holly is quick and very efficient. And very professional. And I could ask a few questions and get answers. Very happy making Trail Ridge our go to for all our dental needs.
