I was an emergency patient and was from out of town. They got me in right away help me out. The staff is great.
Have been going to Dr Holly for years and when I went yesterday a different dentist was there. I asked if he was an addition to the practice and they said Dr Holly left months ago. I never received anything information about this. And the dentist I saw is temporary. He was fine, but I didn't appreciate not knowing any of this before my appointment.
First, filling out the online new patient documents was user-friendly and time-saving. Upon arrival I was greeted courteously and the receptionist even entered the waiting area to return my driver’s license. The dental assistant and doctor were pleasant and professional; I truly felt comfortable and well received regarding my care and next steps.
Absolutely blown away with the info and dental care this office (my first time) the staff (dental assistant and dentist) gave me.
