Residents afraid of nurse Christine L,she should help them not to terrorizing and edify them.They are just older people,who need kind words not lectures. By the way the entire management is unprofessional.
My brother loves living at Plum Creek! The facility is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. He loves his private room and it has all the space that he needs and a little bit more. The team there keeps tabs on him, and if he’s late for any of the meals, they stop by to check on him. I can’t be there as much as I would like, but I am very confident that they are taking great care of him.
I have been by this facility many times and every single time it is clean, there is residents enjoying the common areas, and the staff is friendly. The residents seem to really enjoy the facility and all the activities they have to offer. It was renovated not too long ago and has lots of windows and flowers that gives the place a welcoming and open feel. All in all, I would highly recommend Plum Creek Supportive Living to your loved ones.
Would not recommend to work at this place, management is unreasonable, unprofessional and lack of understanding. Staff being overworked and feel unappreciated.
