My 7-month puppy was boarded from a Thursday-Wednesday and lost 8 pounds, they heavily sedated him twice a day/charged me to administering the drug, charged me for playtime (I did request a daily walk. I had to paid for both). I paid the balance and found that my dog was not given a toy nor treat the entire time). He was smelling/shedding, and I paid for grooming.
