I truly loved plum Creek. They worked with me in every area that I needed. This is the best thing that has happened for me I have my recovery and my life back. I loved the processing groups and one on one therapy with Mrs. Tye. Plum Creek cares about your needs and recovery. I definitely recommend it.

This was, by a longshot, the best Rehab I have ever been to. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind, the program was great — They had a lot of speakers come in as well as meetings, and it was the first Rehab that didn’t shove the 12 step program down our throats. We were welcome to work on that if we so pleased, but it was not 12 step based. I was referred to Plum Creek from my dear friend. I decided to go because I needed help. Plum Creek was very open, honest, and non-judgmental. Even in a transitional period from one clinical director to another, I was able to find what i needed to continue working on and be referred to an outpatient service that best fit my needs. They do a really good job of addressing the mental and substance abuse side of things. They were also to get my insurance to fully pay for everything. My sister went here they initially said they would have family theripy witch threw her whole stay they did not offer that at all they have very poor communication with the family especially when it comes to the family weekend they kicked us out and said we were supposed to register however the email sent was only an itinerary not requesting registration and other people's family's did not register and were permitted to stay they were going to allow my mother to stay even though she did not register for the purpose of they we... read more

I was planning to attend Plum Creek Recovery Ranch for detox and possible residential. We had an agreement for limited time to manage work related commitments and projects. Just day before my admission, clinical completely abandoned the agreement, claiming that it’s for my best interest, having 0 account for the fact that I am the only financial provider in my home, responsible for a dependent, rent, 2 pets, and a growing small company.
