I'm a rertired diesel tech and shop super. Jacob came to rescue with our Ford Escape. Being retired for almost 15 years fell behind on computer stuff but Jacob was assured he had a handle on it. Set an appoinment and took our Escape to him after getting the parts he said we needed to replace. He was prompt and very reasonable so had him service the tranny as well.
