We wanted to update our bathroom. We Visited a few different showrooms through searching on google then we came across Plumbros. We popped into the showroom which was the best bathroom showroom I’d seen so far in Medway. From the minute we walked in we was greeted by Shaun. He was very helpful he listened to everything we wanted and suggested some ideas. His knowledge in bathrooms was brilliant explaining everything fully with no pressure to buy. We had a flyer through the door advertising Plumbros and as it was local we went and had a look around the showroom. There is a large choice of baths, showers, sinks and toilets, wallboards and floorboards. Thanks to Shaun and his family we picked out a fantastic new shower room. We asked if they fitted it and he gave us a couple of suggestions. We found Plumbros by chance and we are so glad we did!! Their showroom blew us away it’s such a unique space and looks amazing. Then we met Shaun who talked us through our options we came away with brochures and a lot of decisions to make. We very soon returned for a second visit and placed our order. It was an incredibly easy process and Shaun guided us through and helped us make some decisions. If your looking for a new bathroom suite or plumbing needs, these guys are well worth a visit. Based in Lordswood trading estate. The showroom is lush, you won't be disappointed. Very helpful
Hugely impressive range and knowledge. I went in with a rough design which Shaun translated with ease into an order that was completed and delivered on time. When our original fitter fell through (not arranged through Plum bros ), an alternative was suggested who really saved us as we were working to a tight deadline. Cannot recommend everyone highly enough. The showroom is particularly good too, definitely worth a visit and a chat.
