I would have given Michelle 10 stars for hair experience but as a caring professional I give her -0. Professionalism is not only about the job you do but it’s about people. People sometimes go through things they have no control over as was my case. This first time I did go you she said my hair still looked good no worries she made another appt. Michelle does a fantastic job but even better than that, she really cares about hour hairnhealth for the long-term. In my first appointment with her, she kept it really real with me & expressed her concerns about making me as blonde as I wanted to go because she wasn't yet familiar with my hair & how it would respond & she didn't want to risk damaging it.
