Great company, great owner, great team. Worked closely with the owner and team and they made me exactly what i wanted and needed. The most superior, quality product. Don’t listen to the other reviews, this company is exactly what I was looking for
Jim's work never ceases to amaze. I've gotten both new and restored pieces from him and they have always been top notch.
I inquired about having a california king bed with storage remade. The owner informed me of what the price would be which was what I expected and was in my price range. He knew I received other quotes. Went on to tell me that he caters to New York City, The Hamptons and high rises. He said if I already received other quotes that I should just go with them. Figured I was a little guy and wasn't worth his time. I call this an ego trip. Not handled professional in any way. If I could give a zero, I would.
We've loved working with Jim. Absolutely professional, very nice guy, and the highest quality work. We couldn't be happier with the table he made, and we have lots of work planned for the future.
