I wish we could give negative stars! This guy is a joke! Mike filed our 2018 taxes wrong and NEVER told us they were rejected, resulting in my daughter losing her financial aid. We left numerous voicemails that were never returned until my husband had to walk in TWICE. I don’t know why I was going to let him file our 2019 but my husband thought he was easy.
