With a tough to triage electrical issue, Plugz was able to come out and quickly identify the root cause and offer a great price for the fix. Mike and Jamin came out, solutioned a fix and had the installation completed in a few hours. Highly recommend for anyway requiring electrical work!
Great price and the excellent customer service. Cam was fantastic.
Cam came to investigate an outdoor outlet that was not working. After a thorough investigation, he discovered that the builder (Lennar) did not connect it properly. He found a live wire buried behind the insulation sheeting. The live wire was just sitting in a box next to a stud marked for gfi. Obviously the builder was supposed to connect it but missed that. Cam also found that this outlet was also tied to another outdoor outlet which was also not working. So the two outlets were connected to each other but not to any live ... read more
