We have ordered very high ends appliances from Plugs for multiple houses over the last two years. EVERYTIME, we ask ourselves why we went back to these people. They are horrible. Our orders could not have been any easier...we give the model numbers and our credit card. The sales "professionals" can never get it right and they do not care. Today they delivered appliances that were supposed to be delivered yesterday...excuse was the driver didn't show up. That's fine, but no courtesy call advising us of the same?? Jay was great! He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond in helping us purchase our new fridge. Definitely ask fo him if you’re at the West Ashley location!
