After the sale was made, communication was poor. The woman who was supposed to work with me only called me during the workday. I teach, so I can’t answer phone calls at a moment’s notice, and it is difficult to find time during my school day to return calls. She rarely left a message, so I did not know what the call was regarding. I am now facing a financial situation I didn’t anticipate because of the weak communication. Solar panels are a good choice.
