Plugpv has no idea how to get permits. What should take 7 days took 6 weeks and always blamed someone else, when it was always their fault. The final completion was 3 months late,(April 2nd) always blaming some other organization for their lack of expertise. After completion never heard from them again. I contacted Enphase and installer for setup and communication information. It is now June 25th and found out I was not getting credited for power exported to electric company.
