Gareth was amazing , was on time , a pleasure to deal with , was able to get everything done we asked within a timely manner, he was patient , kind and very professional and diligent . He didn’t stop until he was able to find the solution for what was causing the breaker to trip . It was a mystery but Garth didn’t give up . I will be adding Garath to my contacts for future work . He is now my new electrical contractor. Highly recommend .
We would highly recommend Plugged In Electrical. We recently had them in to install potlights in our dining room living room area and under counter lighting. Gareth was very helpful with his recommendations. He and his coworker Chris, were fabulous on day of install. They were very tidy and personable. Their attention to detail was excellent. Garreth and his guys were fantastic. Recommended by a neighbour, Plugged In were prompt, quick and professional. Chris rewired our outdoor shed in a day, and the job was completed as discussed, and very quickly. We called Plugged In after getting burned by a different contractor, and not only did Garreth check all of the previous work (not his!), ensure it's safety, and complete it properly (which included installing GFI safeties in the previous work) he ALSO suggested affordable improvements to our original plans. I thought the gentleman who came out was nice and his work was good. However, he only put one outlet into the wall. Today, I received his invoice. $960.50! That is ridiculous! No wonder he said he would make up the invoice back at his office and send it to me. I would not suggest this place to anyone!
