I needed specific headphones for work. Had i known this place had such horrible reviews i would have ordered from another business. I purchased a pair of headphones on Dec 21st. I needed them by Saturday December 27th. I thought that should be significant time for them to arrive. That was not the case. Then trying to get someone from customer service to answer a simple question was like pulling teeth. Before you purchase anything from them, look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
After 5 months, the earphones I had no choice to purchase in order to use at work now don't charge properly. Not worth the $85 CAD I paid at all.
Had issue with my order due to USPS, they were quick to refund with proof of return to sender so that I may reorder the headphones, product is very high quality for a great price, with amazing customer service/ product support! Big shout out to Krista for the help!!
