The valve on our furnace started leaking in the middle of the night. I called these guys first thing in the morning and spoke with Aaron. They had a tech (Brett) at my house 40 minutes later to diagnose the issue. And had it fixed a couple hours later for a fair price. Professional and knowledgeable from the phone call throughout the repair. Will definitely call them again the next time we have issues!

Aaron is knowledgeable and very quick to come over when you have a problem, my furnace went out on the coldest day of 2025 and he came wright over got the parts from traverse city and had me up and going the next day, this is a good honest company and they will take good care of you, highly recommend.

We had furnace issues at 11p. I began looking for recommendations on Facebook groups. I called the office just after 8a and requested service. The service was completed and furnace working again by 915a. Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. 110% will call them again. Thank you!!

My propane company came to do a leak check and found something wrong with my furnace, they locked and tagged it and told me to call around for a heating contractor. Everyone I called was either too busy, costed a fortune or didn’t service my area. I called Pluger and they arrived within an hour! The gentleman fixed my furnace in no time and at a great price, was also very polite. Highly recommend this company.
