We bought a hot tub at AquaLiving in Chattanooga TN. Their financing is done by LPI. Due to some of the bad reviews concerning LPI, i called and talked to Brandon who is an employee of this financial institution. He assured me that LPI is revamping the company and improving in all areas. He actually goes to the factory and talks to the workers.
