They owe me a ton of money and will read my texts, even text back asking if I am a bot, yet will not answer the phone when I call immediately after texting. Cant hide from difficult conversations if you want to be in business. I will happily remove this review once they pay the past due balance.

I would not recommend hiring Plug Light Bulb. I hired them to replace an outdoor light and install 4 new outlets in my home. During the initial visit on January 21, the technician punctured a hole through my interior plaster wall and out through the exterior siding, leaving visible damage to my home. The technician was at my house for over six hours, yet only the 30‑minute outdoor light replacement was completed and the rest of the work was left unfinished. We recently hired this company to do some electrical work on our home. Before they came to our house they were very prompt in answering responses and setting up a time to come out to our house. The electrician was here for 4 hours and didn’t fixed any of our electrical issues - not only didn’t he fix any but he created new electrical issues in our home. Our garage door is now constantly shorting out (which didn’t happen before he came) and our oven is shorting out (wasn’t an issue before he came). We wanted a few outlets to ... read more
