We have called them a couple times to add outlets. They mostly did a great job but workmanship was sloppy the last time. I asked them to mount the box to the wood supports when they installed my ceiling fixture. They did not do that and installed the wrong kind of box. It has been a couple years since the installation. Now I have a sagging ceiling and have to pay someone else to fix it. It’s a bit frustrating.
I needed a new fan installed and it was a simple process to schedule. Ryan came when he was expected, was polite and professional and the whole experience was seamless.
