They were the recommended installer for Tesla PowerShare Gateway and after running into an issue and contacting Tesla Powerwall support, they determined that the initial installer needs to come out. Their phone number is no longer valid, their original team that installed is no longer employed. Finally, the owner responded and said he can come out, but then ghosted me after saying he thought I was someone else and completely unresponsive without any attempt to help troubleshoot with Tesla. After many years working with an excellent electrician, the gentleman recently retired. As an landlord of several rental properties, I needed a couple electrical projects completed today. I contacted Matt at PLB Electrical in Green Bay. Matt was very responsive to my requests. I used this company quite a few times and received a letter in the mail today about a Lein against them for $33,000? Why am I receiving this letter? What is going on that I got this letter?

They owe me a ton of money and will read my texts, even text back asking if I am a bot, yet will not answer the phone when I call immediately after texting. Cant hide from difficult conversations if you want to be in business. I will happily remove this review once they pay the past due balance.
