This place has been my go to for years to pay my rent and power bill, today a very familiar face told me she could find my account number to pay my rent. "We can't view the account information" yet they do have my rent and SRP account information because almost every time I go a new employee almost pays my SRP $1000 when I need to pay my rent. How are they going to tell me they don't have the information when they can make this mistake almost every visit? Guess it's back to waiting in line at Walmart.
