Every time I come into PLS in Madison Wisconsin the people are very customer service orientated detail orientated service's great they're always happy and I'm always satisfied Today I was greeted and taken care of by the supervisor Kamisha and my name is Tina Taylor
They are all exceptional people. ALWAYS very nice and professional. They keep their cool when times/patrons get rough.....very admirable. I enjoy the humor as well. I am glad I found them when I did. Always a positive experience.
Poor service when it comes to getting my SSI. Check they keep saying it hasn't dropped yet and talking to other people or helping customers while helping me they should've put me on hold the ladies I talked to were rude
never will go thro them again this guys suck so bad... they call and harrass u everyday ..they dont tell u that when u get the loan if u miss a payments they call u everyday reguardless of what u tell the person on the phone..i have other credit cards and pay day loans out there none are as bad as this place if u wanna get harrassed everyday then go with these guys...someone should report u to the bbb...this is not the way to business they treaten you then the wrost they can do is granish ur wages.
Faster than Park Street The best part is they offer free money orders & they are also an authorized payment center for SBC. The customer service at this location is better than Park Street. Sometimes the line still backs up though.
