I cashed my settlement check here on May 14, 2026 which was 16k. As soon as I presented it they started laughing and talking in Spanish. I just wanted to know what the fee would be and she told me she would need to run it through the system and if I didn’t want to do it I could say no. She showed me the fees which was close to $700 of my check. I told her I’ll go to another bank in the morning and see how much they charge and if I need to come back I will.
