Great customer service
Very fast service, you get in and out fast.
I don’t know, they just do the job right and quick, pretty solid, 5 stars
Gave them my check, stood at the window waiting for 20 minutes and asked why it was taking so long. They said they couldn’t get ahold of the check writer. The normal thing to do would have been to tell me “Sorry for the wait, We need to speak with the person who issued the check but can’t get ahold of them.” At which point I could have called them myself on a number they would recognize. But nope. They were just wandering around back there and giving me no information. Makes no sense to me. Just common sense stuff if you ask... read more
