I just came to the PLS to exchange my pesos to Dollars and 1st I was banging on the window for a good 15 minutes before the person came out to attend me. I’m guessing he was asleep since it was 5:45 am. Then he said he couldn’t do it because a manager has to be there to open the safe. Which doesn’t make since he should be exchanging pesos for dollars that he has in his register. I was exchanging 200 pesos to dollars which is like $11 to get on the bus, so idk why the safe has to be opened. Service wasn’t good at all

Deberían de capacitar al personal de las ventanillas definitivamente les falta ética y empatia ala hora de responder las inquietudes que uno tiene respeto al proceso que esta haciendo . Y peor viniendo de la persona que supuestamente es la encargada muy mal servicio no volvería a este lugar . Capaciten su personal adecuado.
