Carina was great had to replace my PLS card, very helpful, up there with the best. Ive been cashing $1,200 -$1;600 & up every week for 8-10 yrs, never bounced a check or had any issues in all that time, it's not that easy to get an ID, I don't trust my mailbox at my apartment because of roommates, I work 6 days a week as a Plumber & maybe the 2 new employees denied me from cashing my check because I was in my work clothes..This is 1st time in 10yrs, I understand new policy but I'm there every Friday afternoon like clock work... read more
