This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had at a financial services business. I went in for a cash deposit, received a receipt, and days later the money still has not been deposited into my bank account. I was forced to open a claim with my bank due to the missing funds. I use PLS maybe 3-4 times a year. I just happened to be by this location last night and needed to cash a money order. Walked in, young Mexican guy greeted me :) looked at my money order, asked I guess who is the manager, short dark hair Mexican woman. She told me bc my money order was dated the same day that I had to wait 48 hours. Never in my life have I heard that before.
