The supervisor was extremely rude and unhelpful. She attempted to charge me nearly $80 just to cash a small check, which is unreasonable and unacceptable.
I have been a customer with Pls for plenty of years. Until I received a letter dating that as of December 25th I will no longer be able to receive my benefits in their card. The reason for this was because I did not accept their new card because social security administration told me that that card had a high fraud rate so I stayed with the old one and because they took that card out of circulation they canceled my card.
