Today I had the most amazing service from Brittany and Jazmine . They had the most amazing customer service, I came in to cash my check and came out with a whole debit card. I really needed it so I thank them a lot for their kindness and support. What an amazing team you have !
Avoid coming here I hate this place it’s always something with them they made me get a copy of my receipt for a money order just so they can tell me to come back before 10pm because they don’t cash them after 10pm?? Why is it open 24 hours if we don’t get the benefits from being open 24 hours!!
Karina is very unprofessional, she talks about customers in Spanish when she assumes they can’t understand, and then took one look at my brother and I and assumed our checks were fake before even actually looking at the checks. Will not be continuing my business here.
