Erik was a great help . Cashed my check fast and helped me setup my new card
When I went in to cash a check, it took over 20 minutes and I still couldn't get it done. I was trying to open an account too. The ladies helping me didn't give me the information as I was going and surprised me with conflicting intial information I couldn't understand, fees, that they verified with the sign. She asked me the amount I wanted cash and on my card and I kept changing my mind trying to figure it out since I was trying to decide the amount and with change back or in the account, to keep better track of it to not ... read more
