Absolutely terrible. They have a poor response time. If you need something ASAP, count on your service being done 3+ hours later. I contacted them to plow my driveway today. They did a terrible job, left a good portion of the driveway unplowed, left inches of snow which I will have to shovel, and ripped up a good portion of my lawn. When contacting customer support they don’t care one bit. They told me “oh well, not our problem” about the poor service and property damage. Save yourself a lot of money, DO NOT USE THEM.
