They will give your project to a partner, but they have no control over when the job will be done, nor have no penalty when job passed deadline. Good luck get your job finished in time, as they will just try to tell you to either wait or try a different partner. Don’t waste your time here.

I had requested plow service through their website. The job was assigned and I waited all day just to be notified the next day that the contractor bailed on the job. They were unable to reassign it and it left me stuck in the house waiting, where I could have hired someone else. Customer service was not responsive and appeared to be answered by bots. Would never use their service again.

Did not clean up the yard properly. When raised the issue, they kept providing excuses. Never resolved the issue

I called P & M for snow removal. It was a really bad snow storm, which delayed service. Not P & M's fault at all. They kept me continually updated and once they did show up to the service, they were quick and thorough. I will use their service again.
