Requested a ASAP morning snow removal service. Waited for hours to receive an ETA for the service and never got one, at noon decided to cancel. Now to wait for the refund or process a charge back with my credit card. And I also need to block them on my email because they never sent an ETA but from 6:30 am to 11 am they sent 13 emails
I wanted Plowz & Mowz to succeed. I gave them 3 years to prove themselves and they have been singularly consistent in one thing - incompetence. From missed mows (the usual go to excuse given for the last year has been “provider had an equipment issue”), to not responding for hours, to not raking my lawn for the leaves service I hired and paid them for, to plows not showing up, to missing scheduled day after day after day (yes, not scheduled time but scheduled DAYS) Plowz & Mowz has almost been a clinical demonstration on how... read more
