I purchased a riot kit 7 years ago from Don Plowman of Plowman's Carts. My cart performed flawlessly until last weekend. I called Don for advice. He dropped what he was doing and walked me thru troubleshooting via the phone....Hes in Flint Mi and Im in St Petersburg Florida. He found the problem and I fixed it in minutes! That is WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!....my purchase was 7 years ago!.... Bravoh!
Thanks Don, I have installed the parts on my Yamaha Drive 2 golf cart and it now operates perfectly. It is a Much More Enjoyable cart to drive compared to the stock configuration and stock tuning. Thanks Again!!!
I have a 2008 Yamaha Drive Electric . I use my cart for hunting and I was unsatisfied with it's performance when climbing hills and hitting trails. I dealt with a handful of local dealers to fix my problems but nobody was able to produce what I wanted out of my cart. After all of my research online, I called Plowman's and spoke to Don.
