Very happy with there PR. I was sent a box of plants and two of the packages were missing. I called and not only did they replace the entire order but sent it directly to my house as opposed to having to go to the store and pick them up. Thanks!!
Ivye is so helpful whenever I visit my local store. I just tell her what I'm looking for or how I want to decorate my house or yard and she'll make great recommendations. She really knows her inventory which I appreciate. If she doesn't have an item in stock, she'll order it for me with a personal follow-up call when it arrives in the store. Excellent customer service all around!
I bought a beautiful wind spinner at Plow and Hearth. With the great sale, I bought smaller items and the final cost was still below the original price of the wind spinner. Now bring on the wind!
