Recently we had Plourde's come out and work in our home. During that time we notice some large scratches on our hardwood floors that were not previously there. We sent photos to them showing the scratches and they came out and looked at the damage done to the floors. They admitted they had used a ladder, but were not willing to admit they could have dragged the ladder and scratched the floor causing the damage.
