Harold Thibeault Today at 1:04pm Hi my name is Harold Thibeault 2 yrs. ago I purchased a mattress from Plourde Furniture. 3 weeks ago I noticed a defect in this mattress so I stopped in and talked with James Madore to see if it was under worranty? I showed him some pictures on my phone. Yesterday 3weeks later they delivered a new mattress free.(even exchange) no hassle. A big thank you James and Plourde Furniture. H.R.Thibeault

Exceptional service. Bought gorgeous living room furniture today. No one followed you around while we sat on so many pieces (lol). We went to them when we were ready & they rushed to help you.
