I had transmission issues with my Ford Focus and Plott’s was nothing short of wonderful and truthful to me. They worked hard and long hours to get the problem resolved, and I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me.

i went to plotts today on 3/28/17 told them my problem i was haveing on my truck the gentalmen at the desk and the repair guy came to talk to me bout the cost and there fast service getting me in both was very kind by explaining the problem i would give them 10 stars if i can

Bought a truck who Had a transmission built by them less than 100 miles on it its acting up took it down this morning and they wouldn't give me the time of day to even look at it. The owner had an attitude and was arrogant and told us to leave.

I've always known that if you need transmission repairs Plotts is the place to go, I didn't realize that they do so much more! Turns out that my transmission was the least of my worries (only needed a couple of lines and some fluid) had an issue with the frame that could have been extremely dangerous. The work was done at a reasonable price and is beautiful. Everyone I spoke to there is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every time I've had a vehicle there they have earned my repeat Business!

Took my Dakota here to have some weird shifting corrected. They cleaned and lubed some stuff in the transmission and now it works fine. All for less than $300. Highly recommended.
