I've been taking my car to Plony's for 2 years and have always been beyond satisfied by their work. Their level of professionalism, honesty, and punctuality (and not to mention, unbeatable prices) are much appreciated! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else to get serviced. I first found out about Plony's from several friends, and I'd recommend them to many more!
I think the quality of care and expertise is excellent! I have been going to Plonys for 2 years now and have nothing but wonderful experiences. They take good care of my vehicles. I have even referred family and friends who have also been very satisfied. It is also conveniently located along with other little perks like that.
Very unsatisfied with their unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge. They cannot get a big job done, my as well be an oil change shop. I went in with a check engine light on. Was told it could be several problems. I went to pick the car up and was told that the problem was fixed and the car would run smoother. They claim they added the part needed.
