Plon realty is one fine company. Ahmed and Mark the managing agents of the building do an excellent job listening to and attending to the tenants. They both do an intricate job in managing the building and truly care about the upkeep. The super ulises is also a helpful young man.
This is the best management company I worked with. Mark and Ahmed were easily accessible at all hours of the day. The super Ulises is a kind hard working guy. The landlord of this building is an 88 year old man. This isn't some nameless faceless management company.
Hardworking small time landlord that cares about its tenants. They only gave me a $50 rent increase in 2021 compared to bargain basement 2020 prices while most UWS landlords were jacking up the rent $500-$600 in 2021 due to improved market conditions. Ulises is also a nice guy and Ahmed the property manager is always accessible.
I lived in a beautiful apartment of theirs on 86th Street. The super was very helpful and is a really nice guy! The property manager Ahmed always answers phone calls right away and really cares about his tenants.
Plon Realty's buildings are a great space to live in! The super Ulises is very responsive and always wants to help tenants with any issues in the building. Even the long time rent stablized tenants have nothing but nice things to say about Ulises and the management of the buildings!
