Plombier Rapide Ouvert Jouet Nuit???? Publicité trompeuse!!! J'ai appelé à 1h30 dans la nuit pour me faire dire qu'un technicien me rappelerait dans quelques minutes... J'ai attendu en vain. J'ai rappelé à 4h00 pour me faire dire que personne ne pourrait venir chez moi avant 7h00 ou 8h00. C'était urgent! Un refoulement d'égoût. C'est incroyable de rire des gens en détresse à ce point! Si j'avais pu donner la note de - 5 / 5, je l'aurais fait!

This company installed a Sump Pump which failed 7 months later from the Float falling off. The owner tried to describe to me that they never fall off, but in finding out they installed it he said they installed it properly. Originally was going to charge $500 to fix the problem on the weekend, so I fixed it myself. Then he told me I voided the warranty by fixing it myself. Avoid yourself the $1,000 in property damage I suffered and use someone else.

Second time calling Plombier Rapide for my duplex. What can I say, these guys are fast, punctual and professional. A special shout-out to my man Allan, who went above and beyond to answer all questions clearly, and to make sure everything was running smoothly.
