They are kind, polite, great communicators in French and English, patient and thorough in answering all questions and exceptionally careful and tidy in completing indoor work. Although there were a few unwelcome surprises- this job involved repairing external water & sewage lines - they were true to their quoted price and also very helpful when it came to dealing with insurance claims.
