Francis was fantastic! He quickly fixed my completely blocked kitchen sink drain, checked a water pressure issue upstairs, and even added preventative measures to the dishwasher pipe. He was on time, very friendly, and explained everything he was doing so I understood what was going on. His work was thorough, and you can tell he really cares about solving problems properly, not just doing a quick fix!
